Help Instructions

As you use any wizard you will find additional help, information and tips. A tick-box at the top of each page of the wizard will reveal information about each relevant section.
This interactive help is essential for guiding new users to understand the various fields and input methods for each page. Additionally, hovering your mouse over the tooltip icon will display further information about that particular field to describe it functionality and purpose.
  1. The Help instructions can be hidden (or shown) at any time by simply un-ticking (or ticking) the Show Instructions tick box.

Scenario Index

All Wealth Axis wizards are scenario based which means users are able to make and re-use multiple scenarios.

Creating a new Scenario

Once inside the wizard - to create a new Fact Find scenario, complete the following steps:

  • In the Scenario Name text box, enter the clients’ details using the following naming convention: YYMMDD *client surname*, *client first name initial* Fact Find, e.g: 20181010, Smith, J Fact Find and click the Create Scenario button

  • The reason why we name each scenario like this, is that it makes it easy to identify different scenarios, in case we need to create a new Fact Find later on.

  • NOTE: All scenarios for all Wizards appear in this list, so it’s vital that the correct scenario is easily and quickly identifiable.

 Modifying an existing Fact Find

  • To select an existing Fact Find scenario click the link to enter.
  1. Users may also have the ability to DeleteRenameSave Scenario as, and Lock scenarios (subject to user capabilities).

  1. To navigate within the wizard you can use the functions on the top right hand side of the screen.

  1.  Or users can utilise the navigation menu bar on the left hand side.

  1. Importantly, all wizards are different and have been customised to meet your needs. The best practice is to navigate using the Previous and Next buttons accordingly.
