Portfolio (IPS) - Linking
Linking Overview
The purpose of this guide is to providing instructions on how to link a Client Focus Asset to an IPS Holding/Account.
Assets can be linked to one of the client's Portfolio Accounts or a Portfolio position in an unlinked Account. This allows you to update the market value of an Asset automatically using the data from IPS, and also to use Quick Entry to add holdings to the Portfolio Account from the Asset page. Values are automatically updated based on the latest IPS data.
