Datafeed - Refresh Panorama Datafeed

If datafeed refresh from XPlan does not work, we could now do an adviser refresh directly from Panorama platform. IRESS has confirmed that this would fix the problem. If after doing the below steps, the problem does not get resolved, please send an email to support@wealthaxis.com.au.

Steps to do adviser refresh in Panorama platform:
  1. Login to Panorama
  2. Go to Business > Data Feeds as below:


3. You will be taken to a new page where you have to type in (search for) the adviser name as below. If your login does not have Adviser search section, it is fine. Skip this part and go to the next one.


4. Once the adviser's name comes through, click on it and the below section will appear on the same page. Click the menu button on the right-hand side and select "Request refresh". Do this for both Viridian and XPlan.



5. Clicking "Request Refresh" will take you to the next page where you have the option to refresh an overall datafeed for the adviser on a specific date-range OR you could do it account by account wise.
The below is done account wise.


6. Click "Refresh Feed"


7. You will then get a notification as below. Check the data again on the next day. If the data are still out of balance the next day, send an email to support@wealthaxis.com.au.
