The time zone will mostly have an affect on your diary appointments (Especially if the Sate you ae located in has daylight savings).
The time zone may also affect other XPLAN functions where a time is recorded such as when a Note was last modified. The audit trail in XPLAN will also display the time when something was created modified or removed in XPLAN.
Change Password
Your Practice and Wealth Axis Licensees have the important responsibility of protecting your clients’ sensitive personal and financial information. This extends to client data recorded in XPLAN.
One thing you can do to help keep your clients’ data safe is to regularly change the password for your XPLAN User ID. Accordingly, you are required to change your password every 90 days.
