Invoice Products Overview
The purpose of this guide is to provide instruction on how to add an Invoice Product to XPLAN.

How to add an Invoice Product
You can standardise any regular invoices being sent to clients by creating a product in the Invoicing module. To create Invoicing Products:
- From the Title Bar at the top of the screen click XPLAN > Administration Functions > Invoicing
- Select Products from the left hand menu
- Click the Add button to create a new product.
- In the Product screen you can:
- Add a Description
- Define the Nature of the invoices – General, FUM, Time Taken and XPLAN Group
- Define the standard fee for this invoice (FUM invoices will use details logged against the client in Client Focus)
- Choose the Category
- Select the groups who will use the invoice product
- Click the Save button when you have completed creating your new product.
