CommPay

CommPay widgets allow for selecting Myself for the Adviser setting. When set in a Default Dashboard, this will show data for the current user when they view their Dashboard. The All option displays information only for advisers that the user has visibility permissions.

Revenue Analysis

Supplier revenue based on CommPay transaction data, with various grouping and date range options available. Several chart options available.

Revenue Pipeline

Chart of actual revenue and estimated future revenue, with the option of displaying a trendline. You can display either All revenue or select a specific type to display (New Business, On-Going or Fees)

Targets Actual Chart - Current Revenue period

Displays the latest market news for a security. Once added to the Dashboard you can change the selected security without accessing the widget options

Displays items from a single News feed.

Portfolios

Booking Status

Displays IOS+ bookings for today or yesterday, optionally filtered by status and buy/sell. This provides an easy method of tracking unsent bookings. Note: This functionality is only available to Private Wealth customers.

List of incomplete or upcoming reviews showing, client name, review date and time, Type and responsibility

Opt-in Anniversaries and Status Changes

Displayed data is determined by the option selected for the Opt-in Filter setting:

Opt-in Anniversaries - clients with Opt-In Status set to Opt-In, with filtering by Next Opt-In Date to show upcoming anniversaries in set periods in the future (such as 30 or 60 days), or when the Next Opt-In Date is today or in the past

Changes to Opt-In Status - client where their Opt-In Status has changed within set periods in the future.

These changes allow you to clearly specify if you want to use the widget to monitor the renewal of clients have Opted-In (especially if the renewal date has passed), or any changes made to their Opt-In Status.
