Printing a Task List Overview
The purpose of this guide is to provide you with instructions on how to print your Task list.
- Click on the Quicklinks
- Select Task from the drop down menu. You will be directed to your tasks to do list.
Note: Alternatively, from the Title Bar, you can navigate to XPLAN > Diary & Workflow > Task.

Select All Incomplete from the Range field to view only tasks that are incomplete and have been assigned to you.
- After you have completed the required fields in the Task Filter panel, click Search.
Any tasks that has been assigned to you that still needs to be completed, including overdue tasks and upcoming task, will now appear in this list.
- To generate our task list report, click on the Action Arrow
- Select the option Task PDF.
- A pop up screen will appear giving you the option to include the description for each of the tasks, as well as any comments that have been added to the task in your report.
- Click on the checkbox to include the task description and/or comment.
- Click OK.
- The report will now generate and will be available from your Notification Envelope at the top of the screen.
The Task Report
The task list report will display all your incomplete tasks with the description and comment of the task, as well as other information such as the due date for each task, the tasks type, subject status and the entity the task belongs to.
