Asset Allocation

  • Reports that display the current/target/proposed weightings for the client’s Portfolio in a table or graph.
  • Actual Asset Allocation (Value & Weight)

  • Actual Asset Allocation Pie Chart
  • Defensive vs Growth Asset Allocation Pie Chart

Disclosure
  • Reports to bring through the brokerage / fees associated with the transactions as well as ongoing costs.
Performance
  • Internal rate of return (IRR) and time weighted rate of return (TWRR) reports to analyse the performance of the client’s Portfolio. Internal Rate of Return Reports

Pricing
  • Reporting displaying the price history of the Portfolio over a set timeframe.
Projection
  • Reports projecting proposed values and expected income for future periods.
  • Mark To Market Summary (Concise After Fees)
Reconciliation
  • Reports that display additions / withdrawals for the Portfolio to allow you to ensure that it all balances correctly.
Tax
  • Reports displaying tax implications over a set period of time. Also includes CGT costs.
  • Investment Income Summary (with Imputation Credits) - Alloc to Tax Date
  • Market Gain (Realised)
  • Market Gain (Unrealised)
Transactions
  • Reports displaying Portfolio transactions over a specific time period.
  • Cash Transaction Statement
Valuation
  • Reports displaying Portfolio value as at a specific date.
  • Portfolio Valuation

Portfolio Report Builder 

The purpose of this guide is to provide instructions on using the Portfolio Report Builder to customise and build IPS reports.

Portfolio Report Builder allows the user to amend certain portfolio reports. Access Portfolio Report Builder through Administrative Functions > Portfolio Report Builder.
