Compliance - FOFA: Managing your FOFA Clients - Saved Searches - FDS Due

Saved Searches FDS Due Overview

Saved Searches are pre-defined Advanced Searches in XPLAN. There are a number of FOFA-related Saved Searches that we’ve set up for you, including:

  • FDS Due – Single: Clients now due for FDS based on their Next Disclosure Statement Date (including today’s date). The client and their related entities will be displayed in the search results, regardless of whether the related entity’s FOFA data has been linked to the client (‘master entity’) or recorded at an individual level.

  • FDS Due – Consolidated: Clients now due for FDS based on their Next Disclosure Statement Date (including today’s date). Only the clients (or ‘master entities’) will be displayed in the search results, regardless of how FOFA data has been recorded for their related entities, i.e. at group level or at an individual level.

Using these Saved Searches enables you to generate a list of clients due for FDS, and then generate the clients’ FDSs in bulk. Based on Wealth Axis’s best practice policy guidelines, you have 24 days from the client’s Next Disclosure Statement Date to deliver their FDS.

You can also create your own Advanced Searches and save them for future use.

 

How can I use Reviews to record services delivered?

To use a Saved Search to generate a list of clients:

  1. Click Advanced in the search area of the Title Bar (at the top right-hand corner of the screen):

  2. Select the required Saved Search or create a new Advanced Search to generate the list of clients.

  3. A list of clients meeting the Saved or Advanced Search criteria will be displayed in the Search Result panel.
