FOFA Dashboard Reports Overview
The Wealth Axis FOFA Dashboard Report provides you with a month-by-month snapshot of your FDS and ongoing service obligations due each month.
The Summary and Graph provide an overview of the number of Fee Disclosure Statements (FDSs) and Renewal Obligations due each month to assist you with managing your upcoming workload:


To assist you in tracking and managing your ongoing service obligations, the Detailed section of the report provides month-by-month consolidated reporting for clients with FDS and Renewal obligations during the reporting period, including:

Master client’s name, and their related entities and adviser

FDS information, such as their Next Disclosure Statement Due Date and fees paid (ongoing advice and trail commissions)

Opt-in information, such as if they are Opt-in Required (Yes or No), their Next Opt-in Date, Renewal Sent Date and Opt-in Status (e.g. Opt-In, Opt-Out - No Client Response)

Ongoing Advice Service Arrangement (OASA) information, such as their OASA Start Date and Service Package

How do I merge the Wealth Axis Dashboard Report
Reminder
- Prior to merging the Wealth Axis FOFA Dashboard Report, you need
to ensure revenues have been linked to your clients through CommPay to
ensure fees are correctly displayed.
- If you are merging the Wealth Axis FOFA Dashboard Report to
review your clients’ fees, it should only be merged after the 8th of the
month to ensure all CommPay revenue data for the previous
12-month period (to the end of last month) is available in XPLAN.
- Only clients with Disclosure Statement Required = Yes (selected
at FOFA (FDS & Opt- In) > FOFA Data > Opt-in Details >
Disclosure Statement) are displayed.
- The clients displayed in the Report are grouped as follows:
- Master entity (or
client); then
- Month (as recorded at FOFA (FDS
& Opt-In) > FOFA Data > Opt-in Details > Disclosure
Statement > Next Disclosure Statement Date); then
- Opt-in Required status:
Yes, No or blank (as selected at FOFA (FDS & Opt-In) > FOFA Data
> Opt-in Details > Details).

To merge (or generate) the Wealth Axis FOFA Dashboard Report:
- Click Advanced in the search area of the Title Bar (at the top right-hand corner of the screen):

- Select the required Advanced Search or create a new Advanced Search to generate the list of clients.
- A list of clients that meet the Advanced Search criteria will be displayed in the Search Result panel.
- If you’d like to view your clients in the Search Result panel as they’ll be displayed in the Report (i.e. grouped by Master entity):
- Add the following Search Criteria to your Advanced Search:

- In the Search Filter panel select Related Entities from the View dropdown list:

- Select the clients to be included the Report, if required.
- If no clients are selected (ticked), all clients will be displayed in the Report
- If some clients are selected, only those selected (ticked) will be displayed in the Report
- From the menu on the left-hand side, go to Reports > Merge Report.
- From the Target Clients dropdown list, select the required option for the clients to be displayed in the Report:
- All Listed Clients to include all clients displayed in the Search Results
- Only Selected Clients to include only the clients selected (ticked) in the Search Result
- From the Report Category dropdown list, select Wealth Axis - FOFA:
- Select Wealth Axis FOFA Dashboard by clicking on the arrow icon:
- Click Execute.
- The Report will be generated in the background. Click Ok.
- When the Report has been merged, click the Envelope Icon to display the new system message.
- Click Download Report to download the Report (it will be an Excel spreadsheet).
