Wealth Axis Wizards - Review Report: Insurance Schedule (Bulk)

Insurance Schedule (Bulk) Overview

The Insurance Schedule provides for simple and effective discussions with your clients about whether their current insurances meets their needs, and the impact should they consider cancelling a policy.

The schedule includes a summary of your client’s total level of cover, grouped by risk insurance type (Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection).
Furthermore, it is pre-populated with key details of your client’s insurance policies (grouped by life insured), such as:
  1. Insurer, plan name, policy number and policy owner
  1. Benefit type and sum insured
  1. Cost and frequency of premiums
  1. Inception date of the policy
  1. If the policy is under advice
  1. Policy details, such as loadings or exclusions, premium structure, waiting and benefit periods, cover type, and other options (e.g. CPI indexation)

How do I merge Insurance Schedules in bulk?

To merge (or generate) Insurance Schedules for a list of clients:

  1. Click Advanced in the search area of the Title Bar (at the top right-hand corner of the screen):

  2. Select the required Advanced Search or create a new Advanced Search to generate the list of clients.
  3. A list of clients that meet the Advanced Search criteria will be displayed in the Search Result section.
  4. In the Search Filter section, from the View dropdown list select Related Entities.
  5. Use this filter option to avoid merging two or more reports for a couple and their related entities

  6. Select the clients to be included the Insurance Schedule Bulk Merge, if required
  7. From the menu on the left-hand side, go to Merge Wizard > Insurance Schedule Bulk Wizard.
  8. Enter a unique and meaningful Scenario Name (e.g. April 2018 Insurance Schedule) and click Create Scenario
  9. In the Report Preferences panel, select/enter as required:
    1. Entities to include: All entities, Client and Partner only, This client only.
    2. Policy statuses to include: Inforce only, All statuses.

        10. Click Next.

        11.  Click Merge Insurance Schedule.

        12. The clients’ Insurance Schedules will be merged in the background. Click Ok.
        13. When the clients’ Insurance Schedules have been merged, click Screen_Shot_2018-07-11_at_10.39.59_AM.png to display the new system message.

        14. Click Download Report to download the zip file containing the merged Insurance Schedules.
