Send Emails - Bulk Clients Overview
The purpose of this guide is to provide instruction on how to add an attachment to an Email in XPLAN.

You will access the email system each time you are required to send an email to a client from within XPLAN.
Sending Bulk Emails
Emails can be sent to a bulk list of clients.
- Select your Search Criteria (if applicable) for the clients that you wish to send the email to.
- Alternatively you can individually Select the clients from the list by clicking on the tick box.

Filter the search results if required in the Search Filter
- Click on Email in the header row and a submenu will appear.
- Selecting Email All will set all primary email addresses as recipients.
- Selecting Email All Excluding SMS Address will set all non-SMS email addresses as recipients. The email editor screen will appear.
- Complete the process for sending an email.
Recipients/Clients tab and review the clients that will receive the email before sending.
