XPLAN Workshop - Client Online Access

 

Client Online Access

Single client

Firstly, please request a number of COA licenses when required so I can have them made available for you to allocate at your convenience.

While accessing a client:

  1. In the navigation menu, select Client Access > Access. The Client Access Details page displays.

  2. Click Enable Client Access.

  3. In the Login Mode select one of the following: Login Capability or Login Capability Bypass.

    (Note: IRESS Risk Profiler can only be accessed by clients whose Adviser has a license for IRESS Risk Profiler.)

  4. In the Access Level dropdown box select a Client Access Level for the client: Basic Access or Advanced Access. This will automatically enable the capabilities for the selected Access Level.

  5. Set the client's User ID and password. We usually recommend initial of first name then surname (e.g mguyetsky) for consistency.

  6. Create or generate a password for the client’s use. You can tick the ‘Force Password Change On Next Login’ checkbox to force the client to change their password when they log in.

  7. An expiry date can also be set for the client's account.

  8. Click Enable Client Access. A dialog box opens.

  9. Click OK. The dialog box closes.

  10. If you are using the standard Login Capability that requires a Client Online Access license, you can also set the client's access capabilities.

**Referral Online Access works in a similar way. You indicated that Client Online Access would be first priority to begin with. We can explore alternatives later.
