Type of Document Required

This area allows you to choose which type of advice document you wish to have created as well as other additional options via tick box. Options available are:

  • Standard Review/RoA
  • Strategy Paper
  • Risk Only SoA
  • Modelling/Projections/Technical Calculations
  • Power Point Presentation
  • SoA Printing & Binding service
  • Express Service
  • Virtual Office Services

This area is not customisable.

 

Projections Required

This area allows you to choose projections wish to have created as well as other additional options via tick box. Options available are:

  • Cashflow
  • Taxation
  • Net Worth
  • Gearing
  • Comparison (Current vs Proposed)
  • Other

A choice in term of projections is also available:

  • 12 months
  • 5 years
  • 10 years
  • To retirement
  • To life expectancy

The main reasons for seeking advice

This allows you to input clients reasons for seeking advice.

Risk Profile

Allows you to selection the clients, partner & joint risk profiles from a drop down selection.

Further Information

This section allows you to select via tick box what other further documentation is accompanying this Paraplanning request form.The option to attached documents is also enabled.

For each strategy selected there are a number of tabs you are prompted to fill in sequentially with further information.

Insurance

This area allows you to pick what extra insurance information you have included with this request such as:

  • Quotes Attached
  • Needs analysis attached
  • Needs analysis & quote to be prepared by us
  • Advice on amount
  • Client directive
  • Request to re-broke

The option to attached documents is also enabled.

This area asks you to identify why you have chosen a particular cover for a client (i.e. any options or extras.

Client Objectives

This is an area to input the client’s objectives by short, medium, long term and retirement categories.

Outline of Proposed Strategy

This area asks you to input a brief outline of the proposed strategies including products and how they are to be funded.

Alternative Strategies

This area asks you to input a brief outline of the alternative strategies not recommended and why they were inappropriate.

This area allows you to input the costs & consequences of replacement of products.

Administration Service recommended

This area allows you to input the administration service recommended to the client.

This area asks you to input all fees and commissions and source of them (e.g. invoice, product etc)
