Client Management - File Notes: Adding a Merge Report to Notes

Adding a Merge Report to Notes Overview

The purpose of this guide is to provide instructions on adding an Xmerge report as an attachment to a file note in XPLAN.

 

How Save an XMerge Document to a Note

While accessing a client:

  1. In the navigation menu, select Wealth Axis FP Tools > Merge Report.

     
  1. Locate and Run the template
  2. Ensure you tick the Add merge result as client note checkbox for the merged report to be attached to the client as a client note.

  1. Set the relevant document options
  2. Click Execute. The Xmerge outputs will be generated by a background process. XPLAN will generate a notification message when the process is completed. Click Download Report to open the document.
  3. Once the document has been generated, it will be available for viewing against the client as a Note Attachment.

     

From a client list:

  1. Tick the checkboxes for the clients to select them.  



  2. In the navigation menu, select Reports > Merge Reports.



  3. Set the relevant document options 
  4. Tick the Add merge result as client note checkbox for the merged report to be attached to the clients as a client note.   



  5. Click Execute. The Xmerge outputs will be generated by a background process. XPLAN will generate a notification message when the process is completed. Click Download Report to open the document.
  6. Once the document has been generated, it will be available for viewing against each client as a Note Attachment.
