Client Management - Client Snapshot: Mindmap

Mindmap Overview

The MindMap interface element is a graphical overview of the selected client’s data in Client Focus. Clicking on the MindMap data node bubbles enables you to view and capture the client’s information, including:

  • Assets and liabilities
  • Income and expenses
  • Superannuation and retirement income
  • Portfolio Account values
  • Insurance (existing, general and medical)
  • Dependants and related entities

What’s more, you are also able to merge your client’s MindMap. Learn how to use Mindmap to view and enter client data

Note: Your client’s Goals are recorded in custom fields on BTGL’s XPLAN site. Consequently, this information will not be displayed in the Goals data node.
